Previous Students, Clarindy Gonzalez and Megan Coffey (now attending Broward College)- are apart of a local "Kids in Distress Group" their college works with. Working with current students, our teacher, and the organization- a great event was planned. Kids apart of the organization were brought in Saturday, Sept. 11th 2010 and were toured around the facility. They were able to get hands-on with many of the animals, and learn great things. Smiles were everywhere in the building, and it was so fulfilling to all of the South Plantation High Animal Science, Horticulture, and 4H students who attended.
